On the website, you can submit an inquiry for your desired period or make a direct reservation for a pitch in your preferred zone.<\/p>\n<p><b>Payment of Deposit<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid no later than the deadline specified in the offer to confirm a reservation. The remaining amount is paid at the reception upon departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or an online payment system. The reservation will be considered invalid if the deposit is not paid by the specified deadline.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bank Transfer Details<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>ERSTE BANK d.d., Rijeka, Croatia<br \/>\nIBAN: HR47 2402 0061 5001 3706 5<br \/>\nBIC: ESBC HR 22<\/p>\n<p>Camp Glavotok is not responsible for bank fees related to bank transfers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Payment by Card<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Payment is possible with a credit or debit card.<\/p>\n<p><b>Check-in and Check-out<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in on the pitch is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Check-out must be completed by 12:00 AM on the day of departure.<br \/>\nLate check-out will result in an additional day's charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pitch Allocation<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Camp Glavotok reserves the right to allocate pitches according to the size and needs of the guests (dimensions of campers, tents, or additional equipment). The pitch number will be provided upon arrival. You can include your preferred pitch number in your reservation notes, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request based on availability.<\/p>\n<p><b>Late Arrival<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The reserved pitch will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, after which the camp reserves the right to reassign the pitch. In case of a late arrival, please inform us promptly via phone or email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation and Changes<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the arrival date unless otherwise specified in the offer.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations within 6 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Changes to the reservation dates are possible only in writing (email) and must be confirmed by the camp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Price Includes<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The price of the pitch includes one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>one personal vehicle and a caravan,<\/li>\n<li>one personal vehicle and a tent,<\/li>\n<li>one camper, or<\/li>\n<li>one minibus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Extraordinary Circumstances<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Camp Glavotok reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technical errors). In such cases, the camp will promptly notify the guest and offer alternative accommodation or a refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n<p><b>Complaints<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Complaints related to the quality of service must be reported at the reception immediately upon noticing the issue. The camp does not accept complaints related to conditions beyond its control (weather, sea conditions, noise outside the camp). The maximum compensation is limited to the amount of the service being claimed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Personal Data Protection<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Guests voluntarily provide their data to process reservations and communication with the camp. Camp Glavotok is committed to protecting the data per applicable laws and will not share it with third parties.
